Why annual contract with monthly billing?
Annual commitment because data products require continuous routing setup, ICP calibration, and event-to-opportunity feedback loops that don't pay off in a 30-day evaluation. Monthly billing because cashflow is real. Calibration is at signup, not renewal — your tier is right-sized from day one.
Do you charge per seat?
No. Every tier is unlimited seats. You pay for events, not for the size of your team consuming them. A 5-person GTM team and a 50-person GTM team on the Pro tier pay the same.
What happens when I exceed the tier event volume?
On the Basic tier, additional events queue and ship the following month (we'll flag the overage so you can decide whether to move to Pro). On Pro, you're metered per-event above tier — currently
$3.50/event over your monthly cap. On Custom, there is no cap.Can I change tiers mid-contract?
Up-tier any time, prorated. Down-tier at renewal. Most customers up-tier within the first 90 days as their AE team activates the events; we calibrate intentionally on the low side so the first invoice never overshoots.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — a 30-day pilot. We ship an API key and run a structured pilot against your account list. You'll see real events before any procurement conversation. Setup is 15 minutes.
Can I add or change competitors mid-contract?
Yes. Competitor swaps are free within tier limits. Adding more competitors than your tier supports moves you to the next tier at the proration boundary.
Do you charge for failed events?
No. The event only counts against your tier if it ships above 0.95 confidence. Events that don't meet the threshold are not published and not billed.
What does the Snowflake share on Custom tier include?
A warehouse-native Snowflake share with the full event payload, joined to your account list, refreshed daily. Available on Custom only because it requires per-customer schema configuration. Comes with a Snowflake-native sample notebook for typical revenue analysis.
